Is your system like below?: [PC(Hypher terminal)] -- ethernet(LAN) -- EZL-300W Lite -- RS232 -- Key pad system If the keypad system sends data to RS232 port but you can't see the message from hypher terminal, You should check as follows: 1. RS232 cable connection (2-RXD, 3-TXD, 5-GND (in terms of EZL-300WL)) 2. Buadrate, data bit length, parity, stop bit. 3. You can see the total byte that EZL-300WL received and transmitted from or to the serial port by [Status] of ezConfig. 4.
