Among the every serial to Ethernet converter has few differences like the way to change communication modes and some additional functions.

Ways to change communication modes

EZL-50 / 60	flash corresponding F/W
CSP-H50 /EZU-100 /EZP-250	You can change the mode with commands in command state. Note that TCP server can be available on general PPP network.
Other products	Just select the communication mode in configuration tool.

Remote Monitoring function

You can configure the environmental parameters and monitor the states of ezTCP by using TELNET.
ezTCP needs a static IP for this function.
You need to turn off the firewall of O/S(like Windows or Linux).

1. Support wireless authentication secure protocol

EAP(Extensible Authentication Protocol) : EAP is a universal authentication framework frequently used in wireless networks an Point-to-Point connections. It is defined by RFC 3748.
Support EAP-MD5(EAP Message Digest 5) : One of the simplest EAP types that can be used.
EAP-MD5 is an EAP security algorithm that uses a 128-bit generated number string, or hash, to verify the authenticity of a data communication.
