OS Window server 2000 is not supported at some utilities.
you can find the message.
"The procedure entry point getnameinfo could not be located in the dynamic link libraay WS2_32.dll"
When you use utilities in Win2000 server, it has to include a WS2_32.dll file in the same directory.
Some utilities like the ezManager are just execute file so you should WS2_32.dll copy to same directory with the utility.
